Blog Evaluation Question 3
From this we have been able to learn that our posters have been successful at been able to grab the eye as well as making the viewer want to know more about the film. We also learned that our magazine does appeal to a younger and maybe more mainstream audience. With the film we can see that it has ended up fitting much more into the thriller/crime genre then the original plan of it been a horror film, we had realized this during production and aimed it more at a thriller audience.

Blog Evaluation Question 2
When creating all 3 of our products it was important that we created a brand identity. To do this we tried to make sure that both of our posters has the same layout and a very similar color scheme as to let the audience know that they are linked by the same film. Also we used the same images in the magazine article that we used in the posters.

Blog Evaluation Question 1

These pictures show how we used mise-en-scene in the film and for the posters. The picture above was used for my poster, we choose to place the camera in a cupboard because we felt that it was an image which would pull you in seen as you normally wouldn't find a camera in this place and is therefore wrong.
This picture was designed to be a screen shot from the film that Jake used on his poster. In order to create the most effective shot we decided to close the curtains to make it look like something is wrong due to the fact that you can tell that the sun is out which also made the orange effect on the picture which we thought made the image look creepy.

Final Magazine Article Changes
We realized that there were problems with the layout of our poster and that we did not think that it looked professional enough. There fore we decided to change the layout and house style of the magazine, still using the same text content. This is the article as it currently looks:
